What is the typical frequency, length, and duration of treatment?
- Treatment frequency is determined on a case-by-case basis, but treatment efficacy research indicates that weekly therapy sessions result in the most optimal treatment outcomes.
- The length of a single therapy session is 60 minutes.

Do you take insurance?
I do not work directly with insurance panels, but if you have a PPO or another plan that allows you to select an out-of-network provider, you may be able to get reimbursement from your insurance provider. I will happily provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement
What are your fees?
Please call to discuss fee structure. Payment by cash or check is due at the time of service, unless an alternate agreement is made.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are not available for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
What is your confidentiality/privacy policy?
I comply in strict accordance with federal and state laws, as well as rules of the profession, to assure that you receive confidential, competent, and ethical treatment. I adhere to the Privacy Rules established under HIPAA, the Heath Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. A copy of the Notice of Privacy Practices will be provided to you.
