About MeI am a licensed psychologist practicing in Massachusetts (Lic. 9601). I went to graduate school and received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York. I completed my Pre-Doctoral Internship and Post-Doctoral Fellowship at Boston Children's Hospital, Harvard Medical School. After completing my training, I began my practice in the Greater Boston area specializing in working with mothers struggling with depression and their families.
Many women come to therapy feeling stuck or trapped in the confines of their depression, and often hopeless about freeing themselves from their feelings of sadness and despair. I believe that everyone, despite current challenges, has the capacity to improve their lives and enjoy a rich and meaningful life. Therapy provides the help and support to formulate a way out of whatever is holding you back from having the life you want. As a therapist, I value collaboration in addressing your current stressors, identifying the things you would like to change in your life and, most importantly, fostering insight and building skills that promote long-term positive change in your overall well-being. |
